A note before the price list
Nobody calls a landscaper because everything is fine. They call because the beds disappeared under bindweed sometime in June, because the neighbor's lawn makes theirs look rented, because Saturday keeps getting spent behind a mower instead of with people they like. There is a particular dread in pulling into your own driveway and wincing. We have built a fourteen-year business on ending it.
Our crews are small — three people, the same three, on the same route each week — because grounds care is mostly noticing. Noticing the hydrangea that wants moving, the low spot that stays wet until May, the maple roots starting to lift the front walk. You cannot notice what you have never seen before.

Weekly mowing & edging
Sharp blades — swapped every 20 hours, because dull blades tear grass and brown the tips — alternating mow patterns, and crisp spade-cut edges along every bed and walk. From $45/visit.

Bed design & planting
Native-leaning perennial schemes drawn for your light and your soil — chosen so something is in bloom from the crocuses in March to the last asters of October.

Mulch & soil work
Double-shredded hardwood laid at a true 2–3 inches, feathered away from trunks. No red-dyed volcano mounds — they rot bark, and we won't build them. $85/yard installed.

Pruning & shaping
Hand-pruned shrubs and ornamental trees, timed to bloom cycles — lilacs right after flower, hydrangeas by variety, and never a gas-shear scalping in sight.

Spring & fall cleanups
Cut-backs, first-mow prep, leaf removal by the truckload, bed edges re-cut. The average overgrown quarter-acre takes our crew one morning. From $340.

Lawn renovation
Core aeration, overseeding with a turf-type tall fescue blend that shrugs off Ohio Augusts, and slit-seeding for the truly far gone. Most lawns turn around in two seasons.

Drainage & grading
French drains, dry creek beds, and buried downspouts for the corner of the yard that squishes until Memorial Day. Solved with a transit level, not guesswork.

Two seasons vacant. Honeysuckle had swallowed the fence line and the "lawn" was 40% creeping charlie. We cleared four truckloads, slit-seeded in September, and planted a serviceberry where the dead spruce came down.

Do I have to sign a season-long contract?
No. Weekly clients stay because Tuesday keeps looking good, not because a PDF says they must. We ask for two weeks' notice so we can offer your slot to the waitlist.
What does a first cleanup usually run?
Most overdue quarter-acre yards land between $340 and $700 depending on how many seasons it's been. You'll have a firm number before we bring a single tool off the trailer.
Will I get the same crew every time?
Yes — that's the whole design. Three people, one route, your yard on the same weekday. If your crew lead ever changes, you'll hear it from us first, not from a stranger in the driveway.
Do you spray anything my kids or dog should avoid?
We default to mechanical weeding in beds and spot-treat lawns only with notice. Anything applied gets flagged with the little yard signs and a text the morning of.
