The longer answer is about where we treat, not just what we use. Modern pest control isn't fogging your living room. We apply targeted, EPA-registered products at label rates into cracks, crevices, voids, and the exterior perimeter — the places pests travel and your beagle doesn't lick.
We follow an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach: baits over broadcast sprays indoors, physical exclusion (sealing) over repeat chemical visits, and honest advice when the fix is a door sweep, not a treatment.
Every product we carry is registered for residential use. The label is federal law, and our techs are audited on it twice a year.

Every visit ends with a written service report: what we found, what we applied, where, and when we re-check. You'll never wonder what the tech actually did.
A 25–40 minute walkthrough, inside and out. We identify the species (it changes the treatment), find moisture and entry points, and photograph evidence.
DELIVERABLE: FINDINGS REPORTSpecies-specific plan: non-repellent baits for ants, dust in voids for wasps, tamper-resistant stations for rodents. Applied at label rate, logged by product and location.
DELIVERABLE: TREATMENT LOGTreatment without exclusion is a subscription to the same problem. We seal the gaps we found — silicone, copper mesh, door sweeps — up to 5 entry points included.
DELIVERABLE: EXCLUSION CHECKLISTRe-check at 14 days on one-time jobs; every visit on plans. Monitors stay in place between services so we see activity before you do.

Third spring in a row with ants marching across the kitchen counter — first spring they didn't come back. The tech found the trail going under the deck, baited the colony instead of just spraying the counters, and sealed the gap by the hose bib. April to August: nothing.
Yellowjacket nest in the soffit right over our back door, kids couldn't use the yard. Called Tuesday, treated Thursday, and he came back the next week — no charge — to confirm the nest was dead and pull it out. Asked about our dog before he touched anything.
