Storm country roofing since 2009

Your roof takes the hit. Your house stays dry.

Ridgeline installs roofs for the county that gets 1-inch hail, 60 mph gusts, and freeze–thaw Februaries. Tear-off to final nail in one day on most homes — and a 10-year workmanship warranty we've actually had to honor twice in 17 years.

What we do

Roof work. Only roof work.

No gutters-and-also-decks-and-also-fences outfit. Six crews, one trade, done right — full tear-offs, storm repairs, and everything between the drip edge and the ridge cap.

Full replacement

Tear-off to the deck, re-nail sheathing to code, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys, new flashing everywhere. Most homes: one day.

Repairs & leaks

Missing shingles, cracked pipe boots, nail pops, chimney flashing that "someone caulked" in 2015. Repairs run $350–$900 and we tell you when a repair is the wrong buy.

Storm & insurance

Photo-documented damage reports, honest hail assessments, and a project manager who meets your adjuster on the roof — not in the driveway.

Standing-seam metal

24-gauge panels, concealed fasteners, 50-year life. Costs more up front, then outlives two shingle roofs and shrugs off hail that totals them.

Flat & low-slope TPO

Fully-adhered 60-mil TPO for porches, additions, and shop buildings. Heat-welded seams — because tar-and-gravel patches are how ceilings get stained.

Gutters & ventilation

Seamless 6-inch gutters sized for real downpours, plus ridge-and-soffit ventilation math that keeps attics under 110° and shingle warranties valid.

After the storm

Five things to check before you call your insurance company

Hail damage rarely leaks the same week. It shows up eight months later as a ceiling stain — after your claim window looks a lot less friendly. Walk your yard (not your roof) and look for these.

See two or more? Get the free inspection before you file. We document everything with dated photos, tell you straight if the damage doesn't justify a claim, and meet the adjuster if it does. No inspection fee, no pressure, no door-knockers from out of state.

Granules in the gutters

A handful of black grit in downspout splash blocks means shingles are shedding their armor. Some shedding is normal after install — piles after a storm are not.

Dents in soft metal

Check mailbox, gutters, downspouts, and AC fins. Hail that dents aluminum has been hammering your shingles at 60 mph too.

Lifted or creased shingles

Wind folds a shingle back once and the seal strip is done — it will flap in every storm after. Look for tabs that sit proud or shadow lines that weren't there before.

Shingle pieces in the yard

Whole tabs on the lawn mean exposed nail heads on the roof. Every exposed nail is a slow leak with a start date.

Ceiling stains or attic daylight

A tea-colored ring on the ceiling is late-stage news. If you can see light in the attic anywhere but the vents, call today — we tarp emergencies within 24 hours.

Materials, straight up

Three roofs we install. What each really costs.

Roofers who won't talk numbers before the kitchen-table pitch are planning something. Here's what Fairview-area homes actually run, so nobody has to "check with a manager."

The workhorseArchitectural shingle

Dimensional laminate shingles — what 8 of 10 neighbors have. We install Class-3 as standard and quote Class-4 impact-rated on request; many insurers discount premiums 5–20% for Class-4. Includes full tear-off, re-flash, and ridge vent.

The forever optionStanding-seam metal

24-gauge steel panels with concealed clips, roll-formed on site so every panel runs eave-to-ridge with zero horizontal seams. Sheds snow, ignores hail that would total a shingle roof, and it's the last roof most owners ever buy.

The flat-roof fixTPO low-slope membrane

60-mil fully-adhered TPO with hot-air-welded seams for porch roofs, additions, and anything under 2:12 pitch — the spots where shingles are the wrong answer and where most "mystery leaks" actually live.

Word around the county

What the neighbors say

★★★★★
The May hailstorm creased half my south slope. Ridgeline met my adjuster on the roof and the claim covered a full replacement. Crew of eight, done by 6pm, magnet-swept the yard twice.
Dan K.Prospect Hill · full replacement
★★★★★
Two other companies quoted me a whole new roof. Ridgeline found a cracked pipe boot and fixed it for $385. That kind of honesty gets you the real job when the time comes — and it will.
Maria S.Cedar Grove · leak repair

Standing-seam metal on our farmhouse. Pricey, but the panels are dead straight and the crew tarped my wife's flower beds without being asked. Half star off — they left one soda can in the gutter.

Where we work

Fairview and the five towns around it

Close enough that our warranty means something. If a wind storm lifts a ridge cap in year six, we're 20 minutes away — not a disconnected number in another state.

Outside this map? Call anyway — for full replacements we'll usually make the drive.
