A Website for Pest Control Companies You See Before You Pay
Somebody spots a wasp nest over the porch light. They Google, they call, you spray it, and that’s the end of it — unless the site sold them the quarterly plan on the way in.
Do pest control companies really need a website?
Yes. Nobody plans a termite problem. They see the mud tubes, they search "pest control near me," and they call the first outfit that looks like it knows what it’s doing. A Google profile gets you found. A website you own, with the pests you actually treat and your license on it, gets you booked.
Most pest control companies skip it because the price starts at $1,000–$5,000 and it’s due before you’ve seen anything. We do it backwards: we design yours free and you only pay if you love it — $997 flat if you say yes, built by hand for pest control, live in a few days, yours to keep. You pay your own domain and hosting. That’s all.
The Real Problem Pest Control Companies Have With Their Website
You’re running two businesses off one truck. One is panic work — wasps, mice, somebody found termite tubes this morning. The other is the quarterly plan, the mosquito program, the termite warranty that renews without a phone call. Most pest control sites are built for one of those buyers and quietly lose the other.
Market reality: A one-off treatment is $150 to $400. A quarterly contract is $400 to $800 a year. A termite warranty is $300 to $900 a year and it renews on its own. Turn the first into the second often enough and you’ve built something you could sell one day. Don’t, and you’re starting from zero every January.
What a Pest Control Website Has to Do
Capture the urgency now. Sell the contract that pays for years.
Pest-Specific Pages
Ants, roaches, termites, mosquitoes, wasps, rodents, bed bugs, wildlife. Nobody types "pest control" when there’s a raccoon in the attic. They type "raccoon in the attic." Page each.
Recurring Plan Sales Page
Put the quarterly price on the page and do the arithmetic for them: “$199 a quarter, $796 a year — against $250 every time you call us out.” People sign up when they can see it, not when they have to ask.
Trust Stack: License + Insurance
EPA registration, state pesticide license number, applicator certs. This trade is regulated and your competition is somebody’s brother-in-law with a garden sprayer. Say so, politely, by just showing the numbers.
Termite Inspection Funnel
Every closing needs one, and the realtor is the one Googling for it at 9pm. A page aimed at that search gets you the $75–$200 inspection, and sometimes the $1,200–$3,500 treatment behind it.
Mosquito Program Landing Page
Mosquito money shows up in a six-week window and then it’s gone. Build the page in February and it’s already sitting there when people start looking.
Commercial Pest Control Path
Restaurants, hotels, apartments. A kitchen manager wants a COI, wording that won’t upset a health inspector, and a response time he can hold you to. That’s a different page than the one for homeowners.

Own the Page. Stop Buying the Lead Twice.
One annual contract runs $400 to $900 a year and it renews. The site is $997, once. Whether the page brings you contracts depends on your town — looking at the page costs you nothing either way.
